Internationally renowned designer, JEAN ADEL has been designing for many years. She draws inspiration from her travels around the world and her passion for all hand-made products. Her hand-knit designs have been published in numerous publications including Vogue Knitting International, Family Circle Easy Knitting, Knit.1, Knit Simple, many Vogue Knitting on the Go! books, and various other international publications in Europe and Australia, as well as the recent publication of "Knitted Critters For Kids to Wear" by Jean Adel Potter Craft/Random House.

JEAN ADEL's line is sold in children's boutiques in Chicago, Boston and New York. Her ever-popular line of whimsical animal-themed hats sell out season after season at Barneys department stores. Due to the growing demand for these hats, they are now available on our Web site.

In addition to designing, Jean Guirguis of JEAN ADEL was also the former Senior Editor for Vogue Knitting International and Family Circle Easy Knitting magazines as well as the Managing Editor for Lion Brand Yarn Co.
